We want you to be completely delighted with your Innara experience. We understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right, and we're here to help make returns as easy as possible!

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

  • 14 Days of Delight: You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to decide if your candle is the perfect fit. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • A Quick Heads-Up: We'd really appreciate it if you could contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you're planning a return. This helps us get a head start on the process!

 

Return Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, the candle must be:

  • Unused and in the same lovely condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

 

The Refund Process (If Applicable)

 

  1. Shipping it Back: Once you've contacted us, please carefully ship your eligible item back to us.

  2. Our Inspection: When your return arrives, we'll give it a quick inspection. We'll then send you an email to confirm that we've received your item and let you know if your refund has been approved.

  3. Processing Your Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The funds should appear in your account within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank.
